GCSE Resit Tuition
If your child received a grade 3 in GCSE English Language this summer, the November resit is their opportunity to move forward with confidence. At Hicks Home Learning, I specialise in helping students bridge the gap between a near miss and a secure pass, with calm, focused teaching that tackles the exact skills examiners are looking for.
✨ "When teaching GCSE resit classes, many of Jo's students are able to achieve a grade 4 in the November resit and the progress made by her resit classes is above the national average." ✨

One-to-One GCSE Resit Tuition
For students preparing to resit GCSE English Language, I offer focused one-to-one tuition tailored to their individual needs and previous exam performance.
These bespoke sessions allow us to identify the areas in which marks were lost and concentrate on the questions and skills that will make the greatest difference.
I work directly with students and their families to:
• Review their summer exam results and previous performance.
• Identify the questions or skills that caused difficulty.
• Build a targeted tuition plan focused on securing improvement.
• Develop effective exam strategies and greater confidence.
Format: Weekly one-to-one sessions, available online or in person.
